What do you do when there's a goal in agility you want to reach (at least you think you do) but you're not really all that keen on taking the steps to get there?

Do you:

A.) push yourself to do it anyway because you know the goal you've set is worthwhile or

B.) tell yourself that the goal must not be worthwhile if you're not that keen to take the steps?

Input, please.
